Should you have any enquiry for the purchased products, please contact our Customer Services Department by email (lecolefashion@gmail.com) within 3 working days. Please bring back the unused product and purchase invoice to LECOLE shops after obtaining notification by our Customer Services Department. No refunds for any delivery charges.

All products will be checked and packed carefully by our staff before passing to courier, in particularly glass or fragile items. Customers agree to absorb all transportation risks once they placed the order
